Keep the face you first knew — while there is still time

Custom memorial sculpture

Commission early. Keep the likeness you first met.

Order while they are young, or when you sense the end is near. We shape a calm resin portrait from living photos—so what remains is how they looked at first meeting. The walnut base holds ashes when that time comes. Preview before we craft.

Ashes later, when ready

The walnut base opens from below. When the time comes, keep a small portion inside; set the piece where soft light finds it.

CalmNook exists so the face you first knew can be kept before goodbye— not only after grief arrives. A portrait shaped while they live; a walnut base ready for ashes when the time comes.

Commission young, or when decline is near—before memory softens. The sculpture holds first-meeting likeness.

Made for your pet

Approved before we craft

You see a preview first. Free revisions until you are ready to proceed.

Ashes later, held quietly

When the time comes, they rest inside the walnut base. The sculpture remains a portrait.

Quiet enough for home

Matte resin, warm wood, restrained form—meant for shelves and soft light.

Keep the first-meeting look

CalmNook began with a wish to freeze how they looked when you first met— while they are young, or when you sense the end is near—not to wait until only grief remains. Resin portraits on walnut bases; ashes later, held inside.

Frequently asked

When should I order?

While they are young, or when you sense the end is near—so we can keep the living, first-meeting likeness. After loss is also welcome if clear photos remain.

How long does the process take?

Preview within about a week of receiving photos. After approval, crafting and shipping usually follow in a few weeks. We share timing when you reserve.

What will my sculpture look like?

A matte resin half-body likeness on a walnut base. We aim for calm accuracy—not cartoon, not hyper-gloss. You approve the form before casting.

Can you make rabbits, snakes, or other pets?

Yes. The same process applies. Share clear photos and the species; we adjust pose and proportion to suit smaller or unusual companions.

What photos should I send?

Photos taken while they are still with you are ideal—young, healthy, or as they are now. At least a clear front view and a side view; full-body helps when possible.

Where do the ashes go?

Inside the walnut base, accessed from below. You place them when the time comes. The sculpture itself is not a visible vessel.

Can I revise the design?

Yes—free revisions on the preview until you approve. Crafting begins only after that.
